Plant Medicine and Master Plant Dieta
May 24th through June 1st - Costa Rica
Reawaken your connection to the most divine mysteries our consciousness has access to, via the consumption of two powerful sacraments: The Queen of the Jungle and Blue Lotus. This retreat features 3 ceremonies with each plant (6 ceremonies total), daily workshops, integration support, as well as shamanic initiations, healing on all levels, and incredible personal empowerment.
There is nothing more life-changing than a traditional Amazonian Master Plant Dieta, combined with the magic of the divine mother. If you want the deepest experience available in the Plant Medicine space, this is it! We practice this ancient tradition with tremendous love and reverence; our shamanic team has decades of experiences, and this is an indigenous-led experience with a Maestro from the Mestizo tradition. This Master Plant Dieta features a choice of many magical masters, including White Sage, Rose, Bobinsana, Ajo Sacha, Oak, Cedar, Damiana, Marosa, and many other profoundly healing options. Participants will be each paired with a personally selected jungle master, co-selected by each individual and our magnificent Maestro and Maestra.
All PMP retreats are fully focused on safety and the creation of a beautifully healing container. This adventure includes 3 deep and transforming ceremonies, daily work with the selected Master Plant, daily offerings with Rapéh, as well as waterfall walks, a traditional Temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony, a final celebration with Ceremonial Cacao, a tree planting ceremony to give back to the land, and so much more! We create a truly safe and nurturing container so you can let go and explore your psyche and heal your body and spirit.
Price includes preparation support and 4 weeks of integration as well!Testimony From a Past Participant:

We had a fabulous time. The retreat is very special: The quality of food, level of service, accommodation and resources were exceptional. The staff were always smiling while working hard around the clock and being of service to us, we are forever grateful to them. As for PMP, I have no words. Kat and her team are rockstars. They made this retreat very special, with their love, humility, service and affection. Thank you Kat, Silvia, Neil and Maureen for all your work.

“This trip was life changing - I came to PMP in a cloud of darkness, not sure if I'd ever rediscover my light. I left knowing my true self, reestablishing my light, and with hope for the future regardless of what adversity I may face. The staff and service were incredible, the leaders were instrumental in creating a safe, trusting container where all were valued and respected. I would rate this as one of the most profound experiences I've had in my life and give thanks and gratitude to Kat, Neil, Moises, Laura - the entire staff - and all of the participants who welcomed, listened and accepted me. Thank you! “

DAY 1 (May 24th) - Arrival at any time during the day or evening in San Jose, Costa Rica. We have reserved a block of rooms in a local lovely hotel (not included in retreat cost), but you can stay anywhere you choose in the San Jose vicinity. The shuttle to the retreat location will leave at 8 am the next morning at our selected hotel.
DAY 2 (May 25th) - Arrival and acclimation to our heavenly tropical location. We will connect with the land, ask permission for the local spirits to work with us, and set our intentions for our experience, as well as get to know each other a bit. Ceremony facilitators will talk through the ceremony process with the group; we will get to know each other, share our intentions, and then the maestros will open each participant's dieta in a mini-ceremony (no Plant Medicine the first evening so we can ground in.)
DAY 3 (May 26th) - After a delicious breakfast, the day will also include flower baths, the first Temazcal ceremony and waterfall hike, talking circles to lay the groundwork for the first ceremony, and healthy, grounding lunch. We will then do one on one interviews with each participant, and have the first ceremony that evening.
DAY 4 (May 27th) - After breakfast we will offer Flower Baths, nature walks, massages, and some down time to integrate the ceremony experience. After lunch, we will meet for ain integration circle. A delicious grounding dinner will lead to a fire ceremony so we can begin to release the layers that the medicines are dislodging. This is a fantastic day to go deep with your Master Plant.
DAY 5 (May 28th) - The second Temezcal/Waterfall walk happens in the AM post-breakfast, then we will have a big supportive lunch, flower baths, one on one interviews, and we will teach everyone a magical Icaro to sing as a community later in the week. The second ceremony will take place that evening.
DAY 6 (May 29th) - NOBLE SILENCE DAY - This day is all above a profound connection to our Master Plants. We will awake and honor noble silence all day - have a quiet contemplative morning, eat our two meals in silence, enjoy meditative flower baths, and prepare for the final ceremony that evening. At the end of the ceremony, we will break Noble Silence by inviting everyone to sing the Icaro we learned the day before. A bon fire will gather all those who wish to use their voices so we can talk about what's been transpiring.
DAY 7 (May 30th) - The last day in the dieta portals, participants will have lots of time to connect with the land and their master plants. We will have two powerful integration workshops, 3 organic meals, and we will close each dieta portal throughout the day.
DAY 8 (May 31st) - Our last full day as a tribe will be spent in celebration; after a light breakfast we will connect with Mama Cacao in an authentic ceremony portal, as well as an afternoon tree planting ceremony to give back to the beautiful land. We will also have a big feast and fireside connection with music and laughter that evening.
DAY 9 (June 1st) - We will enjoy breakfast together one last time and hop on our early morning shuttles to the San Jose airport. Flights leaving early afternoon from 2:30 pm on are recommended.

What Makes This Retreat Special:
Authentic and Experienced Leadership - The Plant Medicine People team will lead this remarkable journey, featuring the amazing “Don Smiley”, an indigenous Peruvian jungle Ayahuasquero who has trained with Don Jose Campos and Pablo Amaringo, as well as Kat Courtney (medicine name Oshgu Mishy), a Western woman trained in the Shipibo-Conibo lineage.
Intimacy - We have a maximum of 30 participants; enough to make some lifelong friendships, but a small enough container to feel seen, safe, and supported. 5 PMP Staff members will be on hand to take care of the tribe.
Personal Connection - Everyone who comes will get a one on one connection with the facilitators. In many other ceremony cycles, sitters have very little opportunity to connect with the people that lead ceremonies in a personal way, and yet that is one of the core elements that helps people feel safe. There will also be lots of opportunities to ask questions and connect with the practitioners throughout the retreat.
Menstruating Women Welcome - Many retreats and ceremony circles forbid women on their moons, but the PMP team understand how to work with these energies. Women in all phases of their cycle are most welcome.
Safety - All participants discuss health and medication concerns prior to the retreat so as to ensure body, mind and spirit are ready for the adventure. The team assembled are also well trained to help folks through difficult processes, and everyone will have the support they need. Safety is our number one priority.
Preparation and Integration - The price also includes a 30 minute preparation call and four 60 minute small group integration calls with one of our trusted team members so that you have the support you need before and after the adventure. For those that need one on one support after the experience, that will be available as needed too.
Location - Completely private, lush landscaping, stunning/sweeping views, and the most attentive, heart-connected staff you will ever encounter!
